What a delightful dinner we had! Delicious dishes with impressive presentations and, of course, with our always interesting TOC talks. Coco ordered all the dishes in a dictator's way, while others just waiting for a new taste bud experience. We got more than that, some of the restaurant's specilties went with presentation, which added much fun to our dinner. We practised using chopsticks, got to know rules of Chinese dining way, and drank much tea! As requested, hereby I post the menu we had, 10 courses! Pictures of the dishes are posted in our album. Oh Mine, I feel like I'm advertising for the restaurant... I don't get paid for that!

1. Peking Duck ( roasted crispy duck skin served with bread)
2. Whole Wintermelon Soup ( need to be preordered)
3. Second Course of Peking Duck ( duck meat served with lottus)
4. Beef Brisket with Lotus Seeds ( need to be preordered)
5. Boiled Tender Chicken
6. Pork with Peking Sauce
7. Steamed Filet of Fish with Ham
8. Mango with Scallops Stir Fried with Egg White
9. Egg White Fried Rice with Dried Scallops
10. Complimentary Dessert: Red Bean Coconut Pudding & Red Bean Cream with Mandarin Peel
