Write Up:
We got an early start (9AM) on our bike ride, which was nice because it meant that we had the entire day ahead of us and Rob could get to work on time (poor Rob). The weather was absolutely perfect. Not too humid and not too hot. Even the wind out on the Spit was not as heavy as it can be. It took us a half hour to cycle along the waterfront trail to reach the Spit. We pedalled out to the light house and came back along the eastern side of the Spit. A very nice Saturday morning ride... Make sure you sign up for our upcoming biking trips. The next one is a trip to Hardwood Hills. There are trails for all skill levels, so you are sure to have a fun time whether you are a pro or a novice.
