Write Up:
Another great conditioning session, or should we said Punishment Sessions!!! Despite of all complains from Anita, the Victador still does not recognize Geneva Convention.

Against all the predictions, Joel won the title of "Speedy Gonzalez". It is hard to believe that someone will be faster than Margaret and Veronique, our boot campers.

Adrienne joined us after coming back from Vancouver; and was the navigator for the second group. Yes, some how, we managed to split in two groups, following the opposite directions. But we handle to meet back in the middle and in St. Clair. We lost Karin in somepoint.

Fire was coming out our shoes. We broke another record; we complete the path in 2 hours, 30 minutes (15 K), that means 6 kilometres per hour!!!! What a pace!!!! Josephine was named the never-stop hiker. It was not a big challenge for Carlos, who is used to hike volcanoes in Central America. Aina will never believed that she achieved 6K per hour, another demonstration that we only need to push ourselves a little bit harder to acomplish great things!!!

John, Sarah and Phoebe did a great job; this was the first conditioning session in St. Clair. Do not worry; the pain will be less and less after every week of punishment (at least I was told that). We have a lot of fun, especially when Veronique showed us some kick-boxing movements :-)
