Another successful night at Airborne. We all arrived with time to spare and got to get a couple of games of fooze ball in before the big work out.
We started out by doing our warm up of jumping jacks, shoulder rolls and stretches and then dove right in. Some of us were a little hesitant and others were old pros. I think Rebecca wins the award of the best trampoline jumper of the TOC... a couple more times and she will be permitted to do the hardest of all tricks... full flips!
There was a few messy spills, including myself, my shoulder and neck are just starting to feel better, but it was all worth it! Before we new it the hour was over and we were all ready to go home and go to bed... I couldn't even convince one person to go for a drink.
