Write Up:
We explored High Park’s internal trails in a perfect warm night, we have a good peace, Ghanesh, showed us that a broken arm is not excuse to be kept indoors, what an outdoor spirit!!!!.

We followed the Windigo creek, and just before the Granadiers Pond, eagle-eye Marilyn discovered a fox. Sitting in the middle of the frozen pond, the fox was looking carefully at us, what these humans are doing here? Then it showed us how fast it can run over the ice, we were tempted to follow it, but we did stop when we remembered the British Grenadiers fate, although it would be nice to have a “TOCer’s Pond” in High Park.

We walked a bit outside the Park to explore the lake shore, we checked the perfect spot for a summer picnic. We crossed the Humber River walk bridge and enjoyed a beautiful view of Toronto skyline. Our friend Misiek, found a nice stick, and bring it to every one, so at the end we took turns to throw the stick the furthest. It did not matter the distance, Misiek always bring it back. In our way back to High Park, we crossed by Colborne lodge and we got a nice overview of the Zoo. It was good to see everyone, especially Ghanesh and Geraldine that just got engaged.

What a great night!!!
