Write Up:
We got a wonderful day for snowshoeing (yahooooo). There were not too much snow, but defintely we got fun. After feeding the birds in the Visitor Center and a quick stop in the Crawford Lake, we hiked the Pine Ridge Trail (3.6km) connected with the Escarpment Trail (2.4km). We got lunch near one of the ski hills. In the Afternoon we took the Nassagaweya Trail, we encountered a bunch of deers in one of the Bruce Side Trails, we tried to get closer but a crunchy ice floor did not help us :-) We managed to get back just before the snow storm, having a lot of fun and a good work-out.
