Write Up:
After the stormy weather which was discussed throughout the day between myself, Cheryl and Hassan, I waited anxiously at the meeting place. 3 other people showed up to get Frisbeeing. We descended to the park in Hassan's monster jeep and parked. As we looked down into the park we noticed the ice rink was free. We stepped in and started to toss the frisbee between us, I had to keep going into the penalty boxes to retrieve the frisbee!! After a while I asked if we should get a game going. Hassan piped in with a great idea. Since we have nets, why not put one person in defence of the goal and three attackers trying to score. We tried to make into a competition but we forgot to keep score. We rotated the defender if he could get a hold of the frisbee from one of the attackers. Whomever had thrown the frisbee was the new defender. It sounds complex but boy was it fun and what an exercise. After the game Hassan, Cheryl and Hassan convened at the goose for a bit of refreshment and food. While there we dubbed the game Fizzy!! I would like to give a special mention to David for having the guts to injure the coordinator temporarily on his first event. Cheryl for noticing me not trying to catch her shots to make her be defender and for Hassan for being the kind of kid to come up with the concept of Fizzy!! We are definitely doing this game again!! Keep a look out on the calendar!
