I sang the Trashmen song until people bought turkeys. By the end I even had it stuck in Kate's head. Our persistence paid off as we moved plenty of birds for charity today. Sadly I got there late and someone else was already wearing the turkey costume this time.
Later we celebrated our charitable work with a delicious dinner and drink at the local hangout 'The Pour House'.
