What a fantastic event. The presence of so many eager TOC volunteers was greatly appreciated by the organizer. She even took time out to give us a special 'shout out' for our help. According to her, we helped get to the event over 1 day ahead of schedule thanks to our hard work and dedication to a job well done.
Upon arrival we found out more about the wonderful cause that is Project Warmth. Mothers in need get custom gift baskets with items that we carefully selected and prepared. Then home made treats were made available to us at break time.
Quite a few of us modeled the Tigger headpiece, pictures coming soon. For new TOC members Anne and Duarte is was a great first event and introduction to the spirit of compassion and goodwill so widespread in the club.
