The weather forecast had been preparing us for rain all day. We all showed up prepared for the rain with our rainjackets and umbrellas however it turned out to be a beautiful evening. No sight of rain until we were on our way home. We started out at the Kingston and Main entrance point of this discovery walk and made our way down to queen street along the beautiful Glen Stewart Ravine. From there we decided to take a bit of an extra walk and head over to an art deco water treatment plant. Who knew that a water treatment plant could be so beautiful! We stopped for a bit to enjoy the views, take some pictures and let the dogs swim. Along the way Nick was generous enough to let us in on some interesting TO facts such as the environmentaly friendly laundromat in the area and some history about the longest streetcar route ever. We continued the walk along the beaches and through ashbridges bay and enjoyed watching the volleyball players. Thanks to everyone that made it out and I hope to see you all again.
