Write Up:
More than half of the current volunteers were able to make it to the 1st TOC Volunteer Appreciation BBQ. The Quarterly Volunteer Meeting was short and sweet, with discussion focussing around some of the new policies recently implemented by the TOC (paid event surcharge, handling of carpools), and then a sunny afternoon, good company and interesting conversation made the BBQ a lot of fun. Everyone left with their TOC batteries recharged. Many thanks to all who braved the wilds of the 905 to trek out to deepest, darkest Brampton, and we look forward to seeing everyone again at our next group event, the TOC AGM in October.
