It was a dark and storming night...but we golfed anyway! The temperature was cool and it rained/drizzled most of the evening – a perfect evening for golf! Kate, Darrel and Fraser were the first group out and were able to get in 18-holes! They played well as they were off and way ahead of last group by a couple of holes! They had trouble finding their golf balls on the last hole because it was starting to get dark! Danielle, Shannon and I followed in the last group out. Shannon had a spectacular drive on the third hole and the ball rolled right up beside the hole! Danielle also impressed the group when she chipped in the hole from the long grass on the seventh hole! Everyone had a great time and can’t wait to get for another round of golf – in drier conditions!
