Write Up:
Melissa, Stephanie and I had a great ride from Niagara on the Lake to Fort Erie and back. The wind pushed us to Fort Erie in record time; my speedometer showed that we were travelling in excess of 30 km per hour for large sections of the ride there. On the way back, after stopping for lunch at a cafe in Fort Erie, it was a different story: the wind was in our faces and it was a slower ride. But the scenes and fall colours were enjoyable, and the ride was very satisfying. All three of us got a bit lost upon returning to Niagara on the Lake, but we located one another and the car, and we went for supper on Queen Street before the return drive to Toronto.
