Write Up:

This event is an evolution of the original hiker and backpacker conditioning started by Julian years ago.

The event’s objective was always to get club member’s outside during the week to keep fit and be motivated by doing some cardio walking and hill climbing hiking. I have now designed this event into a cardio and bootcamp session to be faster, more difficult, more dynamic and provides a fitness challenge for a variety of ages and abilities.

The event posting indicated it’s D4 event - requiring a willingness to learn and participate in a dynamic group environment - and to push hard during a series of full body exercises in an urban park in under 2 hours. All participants gave this event their best effort.

And so it was....
