Write Up:
TOC members were introduced to the new Jim Tovey Conservation Area paths on a beautiful sunny day. It was mostly sunny with some cloud and wind, with a high of 25C. We took the Mink Trail, Waterfront Trail and the Lookout Trail, all which provided us with some spectacular skyline views of Toronto, Mississauga, and Hamilton. Some notable trail features included the Moccasin Rocks, the amphitheater with fire pit, and the knee-busting lookout -- just kidding, our knees stayed all intact. There were also a considerable amount of birds, as it is a lovely breeding ground for them. After the walk we stopped in at the Small Arms Building's Farmer's Market, which was just getting started for the season.
