EVENT DETAILS

So, I've randomly selected a hike out of my personal urban hiking database for tonight's hike.

This 11 KM hike will travel between Islington Station to Runnymede Station.

PACE: We'll aim for a quicker pace of 4.5- 5.5 km/h

The hike will be on a combination paved paths, neighbourhood sidewalks, single track dirt trails, gravel paths.

In terms of hills, there's a pretty challenging set of 40m stairs towards the end of the hike, otherwise there are no climbs over 25 meters.

We'll attempt to use the washroom on the waterfront trail, located about 7.5 KM into the hike.
