Please note that this meeting is only open to current volunteers. All others will be removed from the list.
For the first quarter of 2008, we offer three choices of dates for our volunteer meeting:

Thursday, January 10th
Tuesday, January 15th
Wednesday, January 23rd

We ask all volunteers to attend at least one of these meetings.

This would be the PERFECT opportunity for you to hand in the donations and waivers you have collected but not yet turned in.

Topics to be discussed:

- the new TOC executive and revised leadership organisation
- the volunteer conference
- donations
- complaints policy
- recruiting new volunteers
- changes to the sponsorship policy

These meetings will also be a chance to meet and socialize with other volunteers and perhaps concoct some fun events together! Looking forward to seeing everyone!

Chalker's is located on Marlee Ave - just around the corner from Glencairn station. From the Glencairn subway station walk West until you reach Marlee, and then South a block or two. There is plenty of parking out front.
