Itinerary:

Erik has reserved a 2 Bedroom Suite w/Full Kitchen, at the resort for a full week. We'll sort out the carpools closer to the event date.

We will have a meeting (possibly in person, but most likely by phone) to discuss food/etc, and we'll probably do some shopping on the way up. Erik has helped plan a very similar trip to Carriage Ridge Resort for the last 4-5 years, and is familiar with all the details.

Besides skiing there is plenty of other stuff to do in the area (and Erik will bring up a rubbermaid bin full of DVDs and a stereo and tonnes of tunes), so no matter what happens, it's going to be a blast!

Forward your payment by the cut off date to the treasurer to cover your portion of the accomodations. It's also worth noting that if all the spots are filled the price will go down - making this an even better deal!!!

Required Items to Bring:
appropriate winter clothing (hat, gloves, windproof/waterproof jacket & pants - no jeans)
We can bring our own food, or eat at the various restaurants in the area. The unit has a full kitchen.
Recommended Items to Bring:
Use our Event Checklists to make sure you have everything you need.
ski equipment, if you have it. Sleeping bag/linens/pillows are optional depending on where in the unit you are sleeping. We'll work all of that out during our meeting prior to the trip. (Couples and friends that are willing to share a bed will get preferencial sleeping accomodations). If we get a bunch of singles, then it will be first paid gets first pick of where they're sleeping.
