Itinerary:
One of the most beautiful places in the fall in Ontario is the main campus of Trent University in Peterborough. And a fun, relaxing way to spend an autumn day is to watch the Head of the Trent, Trent’s annual rowing regatta.

This will NOT be a very physically active event. There will be some stairs, but mostly we will cheer on the different teams, take photos of the breathtaking scenery, and maybe go for a (sloooooow) hike around the pretty campus. Warning: you may be forced, out of politeness, to listen to anecdotes from my time there as a student. :)

Depending on the weather, this might be a bit of a chilly experience. Veteran spectators have been known to sit next to the river wrapped in a blanket, but when we were there last year for a hike, it was a beautiful fall day. Come prepared for a range of temperatures.
