Hike To The Brewers Backyard (3.5 KM) (7/1/2016)

So here's another one of my excuses to go drinking.

The brewers backyard is an event that the Brickworks has been doing over holiday weekends for a couple years now. Its an event that features 6 brewers and their beer.

However, to get to the brickworks, you have to drive, take the bus or walk. Since I'm down for walking, might as well do a quick hike.

This hike will be just under 3.5 KM and will take us from Chester into the Don Valley. This route will end at the Brickworks, so it will be up you to get back to the subway station. There is a free shuttle bus from the Brickworks to Broadview Station.

The actual hike will have both a steep downhill as well as a steep climb, because you have to earn it.

WARNING: I've rated this hike as a D2 because it's only 3.5 KM, but we'll probably still walk at the pace of my D3s

Chester Subway Station is located on the Bloor/Danforth subway line. The Station is located 4 stops east of the Yonge line.
