Itinerary:
Erik is a member of SCUBA2000 through which he can get a corporate rate for the Internationally recognized PADI SCUBA certification. Here’s what you need to get certified:
- 1 weekend – In-Class&Pool (404 & Hwy 7 in Richmond Hill)
- 1 weekend – within 12 months of the In-Class&Pool weekend you must dive in Open Water (typically in Tobermory (5 Fathoms Park) – They also have a referral service if you’re traveling somewhere warm and want to do your Open Water dives there to complete your certification.

Certification is lifetime and never needs to be renewed.

If I can get 6 people to commit by paying the deposit ($55 each) I can get us a rate on the In-Class&Pool weekend of about $270+taxes instead of $395+taxes. They run this course almost every weekend of the year, and you don’t have to take it as a group – you can take it whatever weekend is convenient for you personally (assuming the class isn’t already full).

The balance will be due when you finalize which weekend you want to do the course.

Remember you must do the Open Water weekend within 12 months of the In Class&Pool portion. If enough people do the first weekend, I can then negotiate a better rate for the Open Water if people are willing to do it in Tobermory.

If you’d like to attend an Intro night (put on all the equipment and jump in their tropical dive pool to try it out) before making your decision, email the coordinator as he runs these periodically too.

I'll leave the registration open for the balance of July. If we get enough confirmed people quickly you can even do your course any weekend going forward that there are open spots.
