The Wye Marsh Wildlife Centre. has 10 km of dedicated snowshoe trails and 30Km of X-C ski trails. The marsh is reknown for its bird population including a colony of trumpeter swans that stay there year round.

Admission to Wye Marsh includes the visitor centre as well as interpretive tours. Even if snowshoeing or skiing is not your thing, there are enough points of interest to make this a fulfilling outing for a winter's day. It's also a great outing for children and you can rent sleds and sit-down skis to pull the wee ones along. .

This is a great opportunity to try out snowshoeing without making a huge investment. Admission to the park is $6.50 +gst for adults and $5.50+gst for seniors & children over 3. Rental costs are $3 for snowshoes and $10 for x-c equipment, or bring your own. You won't find a cheaper price for this experience! If we have a large group we'll qualify for a group discount.
