Itinerary:

Haven't been to Scarborough Heights Park ever. I've walked past it but never been down along the shore. So let's make a morning of it, head down, explore along the bottom of bluffs then make the difficult trek out. We'll also check out the lovely Rosetta McClain Gardens while we're in the area.

We'll meet inside of the Scarborough GO Station, near the ticket booth.

Route

  • Go through Natal Park
  • South along Alyesworth and then Preston.
  • Through Birchmount Park to Rosetta McClain Gardens.
  • Down into Scarborough Heights Park
  • Explore with time for a QUICK lunch
  • Back up the bluffs to the top of the Scarborough Bluffs Park
  • North on Chine Dr.
  • Cut back west through a school, then back to Scarborough GO Station
Total Distance: about 11 km (8 km if you don't explore down at the shoreline)
