EXTENDED SUMMERHILL LOOP (10 km, 5k/h) (9/18/2014)

Itinerary:

Quick evening hike starting and finishing at Summerhill station. We'll loop around Mount Pleasant cemetery, the Brickworks and the Rosedale neighbourhood.

While there will be plenty of socializing, we will be going at a quick pace of 5-5.5 km/hr If you prefer to walk casually this will not be the event for you. Please do not sign up if you do not want to stay with the group while hiking.

NO SHOWS: Anyone dropping out after the registration cutoff will receive an automatic No Show. Due to the high turnover on previous events the hike leader may give priority to regular D3 hikers with decent attendance records.

DIFFICULTY: We will be hiking in a group and everyone must stay within earshot of the group for safety reasons.
There is no telling in advance what the weather will be like so please come prepared with rain gear. We hike rain or shine.

We will meet just outside the Shaftesbury Ave exit.

Summerhill Station is located on Line 1 (Yonge- University), three stops north of Yonge-Bloor stations.
