DINNER + TALK ON "Uncovering Myths About Protein: Muscle Building on a Raw Vegan Diet"

We'll meet at the Big Carrot for a quick dinner at their snack bar. (Lots of delish veggie, vegan, superfood dishes sold by weight).

Dinner will be followed by a talk by Nadia Clarke Cordick.

"In this workshop you will learn how to build muscle on a raw foods diet through engaging in a series of interactive games and activities. We will also debunk commonly held myths within the fitness community and the community at large about protein consumption. Learn how it is possible to live a raw lifestyle and build muscle as a raw vegan.

Nadia Clarke Cordick, B.A., BEd., is an educator, fitness consultant, trainer, nutritional coach and raw vegan fitness competitor and the owner and operator of Repetitions Fitness Inc., a full service health and wellness studio located in York Region. "

There is no charge for the talk. Dinner will likely run you $10, depending on what tempts you at the food bar!
