Each quarter volunteers meet to stay current with changes or new policies and procedures, submit waivers and event donations and to share opinions about the events and the club on general.

You need to attend only to one of the three possible dates. If you are unable to attend to any of the meetings, please let Julian or Jessie know in advance.

Agenda of the meeting will be emailed before the meeting. If you want to include any topic to the agenda, please contact us. Feedback, suggestions and comments are always welcome.

Event Directions:

By TTC: Go to Glencairn Subway Station, exit the south entrance (Viewmount) and walk west to Marlee. Turn left (south) and walk about two blocks. Chalkers is on the left side (corner of Marlee and Stayner).

Driving: Marlee Avenue runs parallel to Allen Road, Chalkers is between Eglinton and Lawrence.
