Itinerary:

Need a trip to the hills? We'll organize the carpool and you can find some other TOC members with the same set of skills (or lack thereof!) to spend the day on the slopes. If you want to join Michelle's learn to snowboard event, sign up with her, but if you just want to come out for the day, ski or snowboard at your own pace, sign up on this event. Typically the TOC volunteers will assist by arranging carpools and gear loads, and will try to organize by skill level - so add your preference to the notes section. They'll arrange for a time and place to meet midday, in case you want to find everyone, and again a time and place to meet so no one gets left behind. The ski resort has about 39 runs with 13 lifts, 2 cafeterias and a rental shop. You can also relax in the chalet if you want to take a break between runs.

You can bring your own equipment or rent. You are responsible for paying for your ticket and equipment upon arrival to the resort. The rates are (plus applicable taxes):

  • Adult lift ticket - $44.00 full day (8:30 - 4:30)
  • Adult lift ticket - $39.00 half day (12:30 - 4:30)
  • Beginner lift ticket - $31.00 full day
  • Beginner lift ticket - $26.00 half day
  • Beginner package (lift ticket & snowboard rentals) - $49.00 full day & $44.00 half day
