Itinerary:

HIGH PARK TO HUMBER

Cherry trees in High Park are gorgeous in full bloom. This is not a photo hike though.
We'll meet on the north east corner of Bloor + Runnymede, outside the McDs. From there we'll follow this route:
  1. Loop through High Park checking out the cherry trees in bloom.
  2. West along Parkside Drive and Waterfront Trail towards the Humber
  3. north along the Humber to finish at Old Mill TTC Station

Total distance covered 11 KM. Who knows what kind of weather we may get, so be prepared that this hike will go ahead unless there's a hurricane or tornado. The trail may be muddy and wet in places so wear proper walking footwear. We will walk at a decent pace of 5.0 km per hour so be prepared to stick with the group. (No racing ahead or dawdling behind as I won't be chasing after anyone who gets lost). Dogs are welcome.

No Shows: If you can't make it please play fair and remove yourself from the event ASAP so the waiting list moves. Anyone cancelling after the cut off time will receive a No Show.
Note: I'm pretty happy hiking in rain and icky weather, if that's not for you, remember to check the forecast the day before and if necessary remove yourself in time to avoid a No Show.
