Itinerary:

HIKE FOR CAKE!

Nothing like a delicious piece of guilt free cake after a good hike! Please do not take a spot if you can't stay afterwards. We'll meet at the turnstiles of Castlefrank station + follow this route:
  1. Through Rosedale neighbourhood + take the Beltline from David Balfour park up past Mount Pleasant cemetery to the Allen Road.
  2. South through Cedarvale ravine + past Casa Loma
  3. Down to Bloor + detour to a fabulous patisserie

Total distance covered 15 KM. We will walk at a decent pace of 5.5 km per hour so be prepared to stick with the group. (No racing ahead as I won't be chasing after anyone who gets lost). Dogs are welcome but won't get into the patisserie.

No Shows: If you can't make it please play fair and remove yourself from the event ASAP so the waiting list moves. Anyone cancelling after the cut off time will receive a No Show. Note: I'm pretty happy hiking in rain; if that's not for you, remember to check the forecast the day before and if necessary remove yourself in time to avoid a No Show.
