Hiking and climbing hills around the park (5/25/2012)

Itinerary:
Start at the level you are comfortable with to improve your overall endurance.

We will hike around the park, climb hills, and do some core stability and stretching exercises.

This is an excellent training for hiking trips.


Required Items to Bring:

-Good footwear (Hiking Boots/Shoes Preferred)

-Water 1-2 L

-Motivation

-Flashlight or headlight

How to Get There:
Event Directions:Earl Bales Park located at 4169 Bathurst Street, south of Sheppard Avenue West. Enter the park to the parking area by the Ski Centre and washrooms.

-From Wilson Station - Bathurst 160 Bus.

-From Sheppard Station - Sheppard 84 Bus.

-From Bathurst Station - Bathurst 7C Bus.


Notes:

-This event is more suitable for beginner and intermediate participants

-This hike will go forth rain or shine

-Please arrive on time, I will turn my cell phone off once we begin hiking.
