Itinerary:

Today will be one of our longer walks. We will walk about a 12.5 km loop made up of sections from two trails. We will start our walk at the Chinguacousy Park and head north on Chinguacousy trail to Bovaird, travel east on Bovaird to join the Professor's Lake trail. We will then walk south on Professor's Lake trail to return to our starting point at Chinguacousy Park. There will be a number of road crossings but we'll try to keep a good pace of at least 5 km/hr. At this pace this walk should take about 2.5 hrs. We should be back to the starting point by approximately 9 PM.

We will meet just inside the Chinguacousy Park entrance in front of the red 'Fire Education' building that's on your right as you enter the park from the Central Park Drive and Hanover Road. One of the parking lots will be on your left.

Non-Bramptonions note: you're welcome to join us but there won't be a carpool - you'll have to get out to Brampton under your own steam...
