Itinerary:
Sign up for the Becel Ride For Heart for a once a year opportunity to bike the Gardiner and Don Valley. You know you won't be able to drive anywhere on this day, so why not meet up with a bunch of like minded individuals and get some exercise for a good cause? If you can't beat 'em, join 'em!

Sign up as an individual and we'll meet in a pre-determined location. I'm horrendously out of shape, so it will be a slow ride, but it's very doable -the road is smooth, there are plenty of areas to stop and rest, and plenty of rest stops on the way. You can choose to take the 25K turn off.

After the ride we'll meet up again and head off to a pub for a hearty breakfast, because we'll certainly have earned it!!

Registration and payment will be made to the Ride for Heart foundation and not through the TOC.
