The Rouge River Park is the largest urban park in Ontario. Consisting of oak, pine, and black maple forests. Along the way there are lookout points, steep climbs and descents. Length: 10km loop. Pace: 3.5-4km/h. This is neither a slowpoke or power hike. Route: We will be starting at the Conservation Centre and hiking along the Vista trail to the Mast trail, and continue south to the Glen Rouge campground. We will stop there for a snack. Then loop back to the cars. | |||||||
