Hike to Brickworks Farmers Market (11 KM) (5/21/2011)

We'll be heading down the old belt line to the Brickworks Farmers Market.

This hike is a little more challenging than the others, because after we're done at the market, I'm gonna challenge you with one nice steep hill.

There will be a couple hills on this hike to challenge us as we move towards our destination. ONE HILL WILL BE STEEP

The hike is about 11 km overall and we will aim to hike anywhere between 3.5-4.5km per hour. But really, your welcome to go at whatever pace you feel comfortable at.

We will follow this path:

Depart from Eglinton West Subway Station
South to Belt Line
Detour around Mount Pleasant Cemetery
Follow the Vale of Avoca ravine south
Stop at Brickworks for 45 mins
NOTE: If you want to drop off at the Brickworks, there's a shuttle bus to Davisville and to Broadview Subway Station.
Up hill at Clorey Park
South to Sherbourne Subway Station

This hike will be 11km, We will follow the Belt Line and Central Ravines Discovery Walk

Eglinton West Subway Station is located at Eglinton West and Allan Road. Look for me at the entrance of the station, near the collector's booth.
