We'll be tackling a section of the Bruce Trail that runs through the Boyne Valley Provincial Park. The trail passes through the lovely Boyne Valley (yes, there will be some steep hills), open farmland, dense cedar forests, and we'll get to check out the view atop Murphy's Pinnacle - a glacial kame deposited more than 10,000 years ago. If the group is up to it we might even check out the Primrose Loop Side Trail.
We'll aim to do 15km, but that will depend on the weather and trail conditions. We'll be moving at a pace of 3.5 to 4km/h.
******Please note that we are meeting at Downsview Subway Station Park and Ride. We'll be leaving at 8am. The subway on Sundays doesn't start running until 9am. Please keep this in mind when signing up, and make sure that you have another way to get to Downsview.******
