Itinerary:

Let's take an easy walk to finish year 2010 and locate some of the best churches and museums in town.

We will meet 10:30 am at the only exit of Castle Frank subway station. Then we will walk eastbound first and then southbound, passing St. Paul's Church, The Gardener Museum (a.k.a the Ceramic Museum), Royal Ontario Museum (ROM), Bata Shoe Museum, Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO), and stop at a boutique museum located on 207 Queens Quay West, the country's only public museum to showcase one of Canada's most celebrated artistic achievements: Inuit art. Those who are interested in the Inuit Art can leave the group and enjoy a freebie tour of the museum, thanks to its free weekend promotion program. We will then walk westbound and then northbound and finish at St. James Church located by the intersection of King St. and Church St. The whole distance is around 8 K and we should finish the walk in about 2 hours.
