Itinerary:

Good fitness improves your health and makes hiking more enjoyable.

This is a great event for beginners and is different from the conditioning hikes that Julian does as we will be walking as a group controlling our pace, while getting some hill climbing practice in.

Start at the level you are comfortable with and work your way up.

In the span of an hour, we will complete a couple loops.

We will first start with the practice hill to warm up a couple times, before moving on to the attempting the hills in the north end of the park, before moving to Julian's hill and a final walk to the Endurance hill at the far end of the park.

We will be passing the ski hill parking lot several times, so you can drop out of the event at any time.

We will be doing a wide variety of hills of the course of 1.5 hours to practice different types of inclines and tread conditions. So come on by and have a great time!

This is excellent conditioning for elevation on hiking trips...
