Itinerary:

Ever wondered how you could lighten your pack on backpacking trips? Have you seen backpackers out on the trail with enviably small packs? Want to carry less weight to allow yourself greater distance and speed when you backpack?

Join us Sept 9th for a presentation on Ultralight-Backpacking.

Steve Evans, avid back-country adventurer and ultralight practitioner, will discuss the various techniques, concepts, and gear used to achieve ultralight backpack weights. Included in the presentation will be a display of some of the lightest backpacking gear available, some custom made and others commercially available. Questions will happily be answered throughout the night.

Steve designs and builds ultralight gear at suluk46.com.

This presentation will be at Chalkers Pub, at 247 Marlee Avenue. We will be able to have a drink or dinner during the presentation.
