A good practice exercise for hikes and other backpacker climbs.

Start at the level you are comfortable with and work your way up (just remember it's supposed to be training so it ought to be a bit tougher to do). Good training for your hikes/backpacking trips to come or just to improve your overall stamina.

In the span of 1 hours, we will complete the circuit between 4-7 times.

Following the hike, we'll head over to the Wimpy's restaurant at the corner of Bathurst and Sheppard for some refreshments and cold drinks.
