Itinerary:

Erik has reserved a 2 Bedroom Suite (w/Full Kitchen, 2 Queen size beds & a pull out couch - Erik also is bringing 2 really good blow-up mattresses for those that don't like to share) at the resort for a full week. For those of you that joined us last year, you remember how awesome the facilities were...Click Here Heck, there's even a pool & fitness centre at the Rec.Centre attached to the resort.

We'll meet at the carpool or at the resort (optional)! Erik often skis at Horseshoe. The variety of runs from the first time beginner to the intermediate skier make for a great ski experience. They have several Quad chairlifts and even a 6-seater chair lift! Check out their web-site for more details and to find out which runs and lifts are open: Click Here You can rent equipment or bring your own. Lift tickets on-site are $43 (plus applicable taxes). Erik will have discounted lift tickets available for about $30-$33 each. Rentals can be acquired on site. Full day rentals (Skis, Boots & Poles) are $26 as of the 2005/6 season.

We will have a meeting (possibly in person, but most likely by phone) to discuss food/etc, and we'll probably do some shopping on the way up. Erik has helped plan a very similar trip to this very resort for the last 3 years, and is familiar with all the details.

Be aware that this is early in the season and it is possible that not all runs will be open, but there should still be a sufficient number for a great experience, and this is a great deal we're getting on the accomodations. There is plenty of other stuff to do in the area, including other ski resorts, so no matter what happens, it's going to be a blast!

Forward your payment by the cut off date to the treasurer to cover your portion of the accomodations. Note: If you wish to come up for the whole week you must sign up for 2 events (This one for Sunday-Friday)It's also worth noting that if all the spots are filled the price will go down - making this an even better deal!!!
