Itinerary:

Have you been talking about wanting to swim more? Improve your strokes, become a stronger more confident swimmer, or just get some low impact high result exercise? It's hard to get motivated to get to the pool on your own, especially if you haven't been in a long time. For those that have wanted an excuse to get to the pool, or just need some extra motivation, I'll be trying out a 5 week program that I'll repeat throughout the year.

I've moved session two to Friday nights for a nice end to your week and after we'll have the option to go out for something to eat and drink

This is open to all levels of swimmers, and former competitive swimmers are welcome to join up and offer to give lessons or pointers on strokes, turns, dives or anything else they want to pass on. Beginners, this is a perfect opportunity to gain confidence among a group of friends. And if I can show myself in a bathing suit, then so can you - so no excuses about looking fat!

NOTE: LOCATION CHANGE We are going to start Friday nights at Yonge and Eglinton, mostly because they have a race clock and Wallace Emerson does not. The cost for one evening of length swim remains the same at $2.50
