Itinerary:

For those staying in town and wanting to start the weekend off with some fast, tough walking and climbing. Good Cardio fitness improves your health and makes hiking / backpacking more enjoyable(no really, it does!)

Start at the level you are comfortable with and work your way up (just remember it's supposed to be training so it ought to be a bit tougher to do). Really, really good training (good cardio) for your hikes/backpacking trips to come or just to improve your overall stamina.

In the span of 2 hours, we will complete the hill circuit oh, maybe about 6-8 times .

Or, you are welcomed to power walk around the park and climb 5 hills with me.

As is customary, we'll head to a pub(Yonge/Sheppard) after for refreshments.

So come on by and have a great time!

This is excellent conditioning for elevation on hiking trips...
