BYOB: Recreational Boating (7/30/2006)

PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED: Once you've reviewed the event details, and decided you'd like to join us, you MUST sign up at the bottom of this page.

You are STRONGLY encouraged to read this page in its entirety before signing up. If you'd like to attend, we ask that you abide by our rules and procedures as a time/cost saving process (with an end result of keeping membership free and lower cost events).

Itinerary:

BYOB means "Bring your Own Boat" - this is the time to get out those kayaks and canoes from storage , strap them to your car and get paddling!

For those without boats, you are welcome to join up. There may be those with boats who would be willing to share. You'll be responsible for your own PFD (life jacket). Even Rocky will be wearing one!

You can rent canoes and kayaks from a number of places. Try Mountain Equipment Coop [MEC] , or the Harbourfront Canoe and Kayak club
