Itinerary:

Sure we skied a lot this winter, but when was the last time you ran?

We will run from High Park to Weston & Lawrence via Humber River Trail. Steady jogging pace, only a few breaks, mostly paved surface (=> use good running shoes).

Though the event is rated as Difficult, it is only if you complete all of it. There will be several drop out spots, including:

  • Queen's way - bus 80 east to Keele subway station;
  • Old Mill subway station;
  • Dundas West - bus 30 east to High Park;
  • Scarlett & Eglinton - bus 79 south to Runnymede, bus 32 east to Eglinton West Subway Station;
  • Weston & Lawrence - bus 79 south to Runnymede or 52 east to Lawrence West.

P.S. After posting this I realized there is Harry's Runoff an hour later, but since registration for it is already closed, there wouldn't be any conflict... expect may be that all runners are already signed up for the Harry's.
