Itinerary:

Spend a few hours on a not-quite summer Saturday in the area now officially known as 'The Beach', but usually referred to as the beaches by the rest of us. We'll meet at the corner of Coxwell ave and Eastern, just one block south of Queen. We'll cut across the park that was formerly Greenwood racetrack, and go over to Ashbridges Bay. We'll walk the paths of Ashbridges Bay, the hit the boardwalk at Kew Beach and walk until we hit the end by the Balmy Beach Club. Then we'll walk up Beech ave to Queen St, and promenade down doing some window shopping, or ice cream eating, or both. Finally, those of us with dogs can back track to the water treatment plant where there's an offleash dog park, so they can run and play and swim.
