Itinerary:
I first ran a TOC chocolate hike in 2009, when we visited 9 chocolate shops! (what was I thinking?) Sadly, many have closed since then.

The good news is, I managed to map out a new route that will take us to 4 locally owned chocolatiers, which honestly is better for the pocketbook (and the waistline!)

We’ll meet at Yonge/Eglinton and work ourselves east and south, ending in the Distillery District (basically all downhill!) The hike will end there at 11 km, however, I’ll be walking back to Union Station, which tacks on an extra 2 km.

Meet Yonge/Eglinton -- Exact Location will be emailed to signed-up members. Check your email!
End Distillery District
Distance 11 km (or add’l 2 km)
Pace ~ 5 kph (about 3.1 setting on a treadmill)
Time Hard to say how long the stops at the shops will add, it will depend on how many people sign up. Estimate is 3-ish hours to Distillery District.
