Itinerary:

So, welcome to my fall lookout series for 2026.
In this series we'll be hiking to various locations that are known for their spectacular views in the fall.
No guarantees that it will be perfect, but I hope by doing a hike every week in October, we'll get some great views.

This is my first time leading this hike, so there is a possibility that some of today's trails may not work.

This 21 KM hike will both start and finish at Rouge Hill GO Station.
Please be advised I've rated this hike as a D4 more because of the length, but there are a few challenging hills and other sketchy areas to be aware of.

The hike will be on a combination of sidewalks, paved park paths, single track dirt trails and gravel trails.

We'll stop for lunch at the 11 KM mark near the Vista Lookout.

In terms of hills, there should be 4 climbs of 25 meters, 3 climbs of 50 meters and 2 climbs of at least 75 meters.
Making you work on this one.

I'll attempt to stop for a washroom break at the Twyn Rivers Day Use Area located about 9 KM into the hike.
