Itinerary:

So, I watch a lot of mountain biking videos.
Not because I'm into mountain biking, but because bikers often expose a lot of hidden trails in Toronto.
Today's hike is going to be about exploring some of those hidden trails.

WARNING: This hike will probably be a little more challenging than my normal hikes,
So if you are unfordable on single track dirt trails and go up and down, you may want to skip this one.
Basically, I'm politely saying I don't want to have to hold anyone's hand on this short hike

I've never been on the majority of these trails, so today's hike is more trial and error than one of my normal hikes.

This 5.5 KM hike will both start and finish at Warden Subway station.

The hike will be on a combination of sidewalks and single track dirt trails that will go up and down.

In terms of hills, there are only 2 climbs over 25 meters, but several small up and downs.

I'll attempt to stop for a washroom break at Prairie Drive Park.

    Event Directions:

Please be advised that there is a lot of construction at Warden Station.

We'll meet at the pedestrian pathway that leads to St Clair Avenue from Warden Station.
I'll just be hanging out under the train bridge by the mural.
If its cold or wet, I might be in the pedestrian walkway tunnel.

Warden Station is located on line 2 (Bloor- Danforth), one station west of Kennedy & 12 stations east of Yonge.
Upon going down the stairs to exit the subway, turn left (in the opposite direction of the buses & passenger pickup) to take the pathway out to St Clair.

For those of you driving, Warden Station has a parking lot on the North-East corner of St. Clair & Warden and can be accessed from Warden Ave.
If walking from the parking lot, the entrance to the station is off St Clair Avenue near the railway bridge.
My plan is just be under the railway bridge.
