About the Hike

This 22km hike in Queen Elizabeth II Wildlands starts and ends at Devils Lake Access Point, moving through remote forest, rocky terrain, and quiet lakes. Expect a true backcountry experience with rough trails, mud, stream and beaver dam crossings, wetlands, ridges. if the lunch spot is free and weather allows, we'll take our extended lunch break with a small campfire🔥 🏕️, and maybe a quick jump in the lake 🏊 too

Best suited for strong intermediate hikers and above.

NOTE: Maximum group size: Dependent on the number of registered drivers willing to take passengers. Will increase up to 12 if more drivers join

Sturdy Hiking Shoes Good grip for rocky or slippery terrain

First Aid Kit Basic supplies for minor injuries (bandages, antiseptic, etc.)
Lunch Pack something filling and easy to eat on the trail
Foam Pad Useful for sitting comfortably during breaks, even on wet ground
Spare Pair of Shoes As a courtesy to drivers, since the hike might be muddy
