So, the random hike picker has selected this urban hike for this evening.

This 11 KM hike will both start and finish at Downsview Park Station.

The hike will be on a combination of paved park paths, single track dirt trails and sidewalks.

In terms of hills, there should be about 3 climbs of at least 30 meters.

I'll attempt to stop for a washroom break at the Northwood Community Centre located about 4 into the hike.

How to Get There:

Event Directions:

Downsview Park Station is located on Line 1, 1 stop north of Sheppard West Station and 1 stop south of Finch West Station.

We'll meet at the west exit or the Vitti Street exit.
Basically the opposite side of where the GO Station is, closer to the passenger pick up area.

From the subway, exit the presto gates and turn right and then go up the stairs/escalator.

For those of you driving, the address for Downsview Park Station is 25 Vitti Street.
In terms of parking, you should be able to park at the Downsview Park Merchants Market for free.
To access the lot, enter the parking lot from Sheppard, one traffic light west of Vitti Street.
